Db2 for the SAP Business Suite has a long history of collaboration with SAP and incorporates new features of Db2 with the goal of minimizing administration efforts and delivering optimal performance. The session will cover the latest Db2 features with the focus on tackling issues for very large databases. Examples of these features are optimized start up times, advanced log space management, new monitoring capabilities, and management of very large database tables using Db2 AMT or range partitioning. The session will also cover new features when using DB2_WORKLOAD=SAP and much more.
