The third party maintenance may be of two kinds:
ConsultiX provides services for Third Party Corrective Maintenance, Adaptive and Ongoing Maintenance on applications that have been developped by us, already existant or developed by another third party. ConsultiX also provides services for Operative third Party Maintenance through our PHONE HELP DESK.
This user assistance support allows to identify anomalies and to forward them to our Corrective Maintenace Team.
